            The Research and Innovation Directorate provides resources and services to the research ecosystem of Universidad del Rosario, fostering and strengthening both research and formative investigation.
With the aim of consolidating its scientific ecosystem, Universidad del Rosario is committed to strengthening scientific talent by creating positions for research training and researchers. This initiative aims to enhance existing institutional capacities and integrate them into the provision of innovative and dynamic content for members of the Rosario academic community and beyond.

Research incubators arise in response to the need to provide spaces that foster a culture valuing scientific research based on the application of methodologies of formative research. Typically, research incubators consist of undergraduate and graduate students and professors who have periodic meeting spaces where they share a common interest. They contribute to this interest through the development of specific research lines and projects. 
A training strategy that enables students to progressively acquire research skills through the fulfillment of curricular requirements and complementary activities. These activities can be undertaken by students and validated by obtaining digital badges.

The Directorate of Research and Innovation has defined a series of resources to strengthen and consolidate the capabilities of its scientific ecosystem.
